White Chocolate Butterfly Cupcakes

I thought I would post a pic of these fun little cupcakes. You will see them again, when I post a demo.

Sophia's 3rd Birthday!!!!

Okay, so technically Sophia's birthday was in May but we didn't get to celebrate due to a big move. We made up for it with a rather large castle cake, white chocolate butterfly cookies, and an entertainer.

Sophia has been dying for a castle cake and she LOVED this one. She spent the entire night staring at it, and of course poking holes in the icing. The castle (cake) is a soft pink buttercream, with green vines traveling up the sides. The vines are adorned with small pink and purple gumpaste flowers. The towers are covered in marshmallow fondant, dusted with edible glitter. It was a very fun project and the look on Sophia's face was worth all the effort.

Fourth of July Birthday Cake

Over the 4th of July weekend, my friend Angel's mom turned 50. In honor of this occasion, I made her a 4th themed cake. The cake is covered in marshmallow fondant, and features gumpaste stars suspended on wires. Take a look:

As many of you know, we have been moving, undergoing changes, and had some issues with a tech hacker. Due to the extreme measures that these individuals went thru ALL of our information has been changed. We would also like to remind you that until we are settled we are not taking new contracts for bridal gowns, or flowers. At this time our focus will be cupcakes and cakes. Once we re-open the bridal gowns and flowers will be under a new business name, and will be announced here. Look for big changes there!
